Gale Sayers

Youngest player in NFL history inducted into the Hall of Fame
Travels from IL

Pride, poise and leadership are all attributes of the man who believes greatness comes through sacrifice. Gale Sayers’ book, I Am Third, focuses on his philosophy of life: the Lord is first, family and friends are second and I am third. The “Kansas Comet” joined the Chicago Bears where he had an NFL record of six touchdowns in one game, was the all-time NFL kick returner and three-time NFL All Star Game MVP. In 1977, he became the youngest player in NFL history inducted into the Hall of Fame. Today he serves as President of a computer company he co-founded with his wife. Gale’s inspiring presentation is based on his real life challenges and successes.
