Jay Novacek is considered the most prolific pass catching tight end in Dallas Cowboys history. Between 1990 and 1995, no other tight end caught more passes (339). Jay also played on 3 Cowboy Super Bowl teams (XXVII, XXVIII, XXX). An avid sportsman, Jay hosted “Sportsman's Quest” an outdoor sports show which aired nationally on ESPN/ESPN2. A real cowboy off the field, in '91 Jay won the team event and had the highest individual score in the NFL National Cutting Horse Association Super Stakes. He also competed in the 1984 U.S. Olympic Decathalon trials.
